Kim Kardashian is eager to do more for her family.
In a teaser from the April 2 episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the star discloses that she’s planning for an operation to make her body ready for a third child.
“I have to go in and repair my uterus. Because I decided I’m going to try to have one more baby,” she reveals at the dinner table. “Isn’t that exciting?”
Her loved ones seemed to be uncertain to offer their felicitations, given the snags Kim underwent while having North, 3, and Saint, 1.
Her mother Kris Jenner stays lip-zipped, but Kris’ beau Corey Gamble tells Kim that he is not comfortable of her doing something risky.
Kim’s sisters Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian seem to be worried based on their facial expressions, with Khloe appears to be inquisitive for more details on Kim’s ideas.
When Khloe asks Kim regarding the procedures, the 36-year-old concedes that she might still have issues even after taking relatively invasive safety health measures.
“I have to have surgery on my uterus to kind repair this hole. So they need to like clean that out and then there’s like scar tissue,” she says. “It’ll still be, like, a really high-risk pregnancy; just, I would be able to get pregnant.”
In a short vid, Kim speaks about the tough nature of her choice, and the cautions she’s received recently from medical specialists.
“Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself,” she expounds.
The possibly life-threatening circumstances she suffered with her first two pregnancies include preeclampsia and placenta accreta. Regardless of the probability of experiencing those health threats again, Kim said her wish to have her third child is still the first one her list.
“This surgery is really the one last thing I can try. I want my kids to have siblings, and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen,” she articulates in the preview.
“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” airs Sunday nights at 9 PM ET/PT on E!
